Flight routes
CARIBIC phase 1 was operating from June 1997 until April in 2002. With home base in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf almost 100 international flights are passed.
IAGOS-CARIBIC phase 2 was operating since December in 2004. With home bases in Munich and Frankfurt almost 500 international flights are passed. An Airbus A340 carried the CARIBIC laboratory to more than 30 destinations in large parts of the northern and southern hemisphere.
